At Oshio College of Acupuncture and Herbology, we offer a wide range of programs in, acupuncture, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Tuina, natural nutrition, elder care and professional refresher training. Our curriculum is designed to accommodate a diverse student body, including domestic and international students, and to meet both professional licensing and career development needs.

Study Options
All programs at Oshio College of Acupuncture and Herbology are available for both full-time and part-time study, offering students maximum flexibility.
However, international students must enroll in full-time studies in accordance with Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) regulations. Part-time study is permitted for international students only during their final academic term if they have fewer courses remaining to complete their program.
Delivery Methods
All programs are primarily delivered in-person, ensuring direct interaction with instructors and hands-on learning experiences.
Many courses are also available via live online instruction to accommodate students’ varying needs.
International students must ensure that at least 50% of their coursework is completed through in-person learning to comply with IRCC study permit conditions.
Financial Assistance
Eligible domestic students may apply for student financial aid through provincial student loan programs.
Program Intakes
We offer three regular intakes each academic year: January, May, and September, providing flexibility for students to begin their studies at a time that best suits their schedule.
Practicum and Clinical Training
Most programs at Oshio College of Acupuncture and Herbology include practical training or clinical placements as an integral part of the curriculum, providing valuable real-world experience.
The Natural Nutrition Program is the only exception and does not require a practicum or clinical placement.
